The Carlyle House is joining the Slice of History campaign for Civic Season alongside History Made by Us. We will be hosting a free event for young adults ages 18-30 featuring pizza, drinks, games, and activities. The end of the night will feature an outdoor showing of “Youth of the Revolution;” a clip reel from Ken Burns’ new The American Revolution documentary series. Join us as we learn about how young people played an important part in America’s journey to freedom. The documentary showing will begin at 8 pm and has a run time of 45 minutes. Be sure to bring blankets and/or camp chairs, and dress for the weather. In the event of rain, the program will be rescheduled.

Although the event is free, registration is required as capacity is limited. Having trouble registering? Please call 703-549-2997 or email carlyle@nvrpa.org
