Near downtown Leesburg, Virginia, nestled in a 68-acre nature sanctuary, Rust Manor House awaits your next event. Use the Manor’s parlor, foyer, dining room, library and surrounding gardens for your event or photography session. Close by is a fully equipped tent that can sit up to 200 guests with air conditioning during the summer months and heating during the cooler months. Between Rust Manor House, sprawling grounds, and tent this venue is the perfect choice for weddings, social events, business retreats, and more.
Along with Rust Manor House comes an experienced staff that can help you through the process of planning any event. Great Blue Heron, the in-house caterer, will work with you as well as provide exemplary food and service to your guests.

Dream Venue
Rust Manor House is an incredible wedding venue. My husband and I got married there this June 2024. Throughout our entire wedding planning process, the staff was very organized, prompt to respond, genuinely kind, and professional. We found the venue to be an affordable option that still had an ample amount of charm, beauty, and natural elements. We loved the versatility inside and out for photos along with the change of scenery from our outside ceremony to our tent reception. We can’t speak highly enough about using this venue for weddings.

Amazing venue!
We can’t say enough positive things about this team! Alexandra and Amelia were absolutely phenomenal to work with, both extremely kind, communicative and professional. The venue itself is stunning and has multiple options of where you can do the ceremony and there is NO WRONG OPTION! We are grateful we went with this venue, so easy to work with even when planning from outside the state. Rust Manor will always hold a special place in our hearts as they created such an unforgettable experience for us.

Amazing Beautiful Venue & Team
Everything about Rust Manor made the dream of our special day come true. Alexandra and her team provided top tier heartfelt service to us during the planning of our wedding and especially the day of. When it rained 5 minutes before our ceremony, the Rust Manor team did everything in their power to make sure our day was just as special and beautiful.
In the last two years, they have renovated and invested in the property which has taken it from beautiful historic venue to a high end luxurious spot that feels both elegant and warm. Highly recommend this venue!
