Cozy up with a winter weaving project for the 3rd installment of Potomac Overlook’s new adult art workshop series! Participants will transform old, worn pieces of wood into beautiful artwork using yarn and natural objects from the park. The program begins with a staff-led introduction to weaving, then the fun continues as you enjoy a hot beverage and snacks while you weave. 

  • $20 per participant for ages 18 and up. No children or pets permitted.
  • All supplies for the weaving project will be provided, and participants will take home everything they create during the class.
  • Any attendee is considered a participant.
  • Registration closes the day prior to the program. All participants must register in advance.
  • Meet at the Nature Center.
  • Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for the walk from the parking lot to the Nature Center.
