As the sun sets over the serene Meadowlark Botanical Gardens, immerse yourself in an evening of deep relaxation and connection with nature. This restorative experience blends mindful nature therapy and an immersive sound journey to awaken the senses, quiet the mind, and attune to the rhythms of the land. Guided by Toni Kim (Inner Sound Collective) and Ilana Rubin (Kindred Nature), you’ll be held in the soothing resonance of singing bowls, chimes, and drums as the sun’s golden glow fades into twilight. All adults are welcome. Registration required.

About Sound Meditation and Nature Therapy
This experience integrates the practices of sound meditation and nature therapy. In sound meditation, therapeutic soundscapes support you in releasing tension, restoring balance, and reconnecting with your inner stillness—while attuning to the natural harmony that surrounds you. Nature therapy, also known as forest therapy or forest bathing, draws inspiration from the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku. Through mindful and sensory nature connection invitations, we create space to reconnect—with nature, with ourselves, and with each other. This practice helps rediscover a sense of belonging within the natural world and our community. Research shows that nature therapy naturally reduces stress, restores focus, boosts creativity and mood, and supports immune health.
