Ticket Information

Winter Walk of Lights ticket sales start October 6, 2023. Online tickets are purchased for specific date and entry time to manage the flow of patrons and maximize your Winter Walk of Lights experience. On Prime Nights (December 8, 2023 -January 7, 2024), tickets are only available online, not onsite.  

All tickets are final sale and are not refundable. The Winter Walk of Lights is a rain/snow or shine event. Tickets may be transferred to a different date/time prior to  2 p.m. on the ticket date. Ticket transfers can only be made at Eventbrite.com. Ticket transfers cannot be made on the Eventbrite app. How To Transfer Tickets

Ticket Policies:

  • Every person, ages 2 and older, must have a ticket. 
  • Tickets are nonrefundable. The Winter Walk of Lights is a 0.6 mile walk completely outdoors and remains open during rain and snow. If NOVA Parks cancels a night of the Winter Walk of Lights due to severe weather, ticket costs will be refunded. Eventbrite’s ticket transaction fees are nonrefundable.
  • Be certain to apply any promo/discount code when selecting your entry time, before you proceed to checkout. Tickets will not be refunded to be repurchased with a discount. The discount amount will not be refunded after tickets are purchased.
  • Prior to 2:00 p.m. on the date of the ticket, a ticket may be transferred to another date or entry time at Eventbrite.com. Tickets cannot be transferred using the Eventbrite app. Purchases/orders of more than one ticket cannot be transferred as an entire order. Tickets must be transferred individually and then will be in separate orders.
  • Tickets are purchased for a specific date and also for specific entry time. Ticket holders may not be admitted prior to their ticket’s entry time or beyond 30 minutes past the entry time.
  • Eventbrite ticket transaction fees are nonrefundable.

Transferring Tickets:

Tickets may be transferred to a different date/time prior to 2 PM on the ticket date. The availability of tickets for another date and time is not guaranteed.  How To Transfer Tickets

  • To transfer a ticket to another date and/or time, customers should go to their tickets at Eventbrite.com and select the order to be changed.  
  • EDIT/TRANSFER will be to the right.  
  • Click on TRANSFER and follow the prompts to select a new date (event) and time.  
  • EVERY TICKET must be transferred individually.
  • Tickets cannot be transferred after the ticket’s entry time. 
  • Transferring ticket dates and times must be done on a computer or mobile device. This feature is not available through the Eventbrite app.

Promo codes are only valid for online ticket purchases - be sure to watch this video prior to your purchase to ensure you apply your code.  Promo discounts may not be applied after purchase.

HOW TO CHECK YOUR TICKET STATUS

Attendees can log into their Eventbrite account and check the status of their tickets.

This article explains the steps under the "Check your Eventbrite account" section:

Computer (desktop/web):

Log into Eventbrite.

Enter the email address you used to register.

Click “Get started”.

Enter your password.

Go to your account > Tickets to find your order

Click the event name.

Select "Print Tickets".

Mobile (iOS):

Download the Eventbrite App.

Log in using the email address on your order and your Eventbrite password.

Tap the “tickets” icon.

Find your tickets (under “Upcoming” or “Past tickets”). Then tap to select. 

Mobile (Android):

Download the Eventbrite App.

Login using the email address on your order and your Eventbrite password.

Tap the profile icon (far-right side of the bottom toolbar).

Find your order (Upcoming events show first. Swipe up to see tickets registered for past events).

Tap the “tickets” icon to select.

If you haven't set a password for your account, we'll email you a link to set it. If you've forgotten your password, reset it.
