Summer Camp registration opens Saturday, February 14, 2026 at 10am.
See below for camp sessions and rates. The camp season will begin on Monday, June 15, 2026.
Ages 5-6
Wiggle Worms
Wiggle Worms will explore the world of plants during a week of hands-on activities, games, projects, and scientific observation. Campers will build a take-home garden and explore areas of the Winkler Botanical Preserve to learn about local plant life and the animals that support it.
Camp Schedule: 9am-1pm
Session 1: June 15 – June 18* (18 campers)
$220 per camper in / $270 per camper out of jurisdiction
*Please note there is no camp on Friday, June 19.
Session 2: July 6 – July 10 (18 campers)
$275 per camper in / $325 per camper out of jurisdiction
Session 3: August 3 – August 7 (18 campers)
$275 per camper in / $325 per camper out of jurisdiction
Ages 7-9
Forest Friends
Forest Friends will explore the animals that call Winkler Botanical Preserve home during a week of hands-on activities and exploration. Campers will participate in animal encounters, fishing, and waterway exploration, and learn about a variety of local wildlife. Activities include creating homes along the fairy trail and completing weeklong projects to take home.

Ages 10-12
Outdoor Explorers
Outdoor Explorers will focus on practical outdoor skills during a week of hands-on activities and exploration. Campers will learn skills such as sewing, fishing, fire building, basic tool use, orienteering, and letterboxing. Activities emphasize hands-on learning and skill development in an engaging outdoor setting.
