Registration Opening Date

Summer Camp registration will begin Saturday, February 14, 2026 at 10am. 

Because we have many campers each summer who would like to participate at Camp Overlook, we ask that parents limit each of their campers to no more than 3-4 sessions on opening day if possible. We want to make sure that as many campers as possible get a Camp Overlook experience. 

Register Camper with ACTIVE Net Account

You must create an ACTIVE Net user account for your camper to register them. Due to the great demand for Camp Overlook, spots fill fast! We HIGHLY recommend creating a user account well in advance of the registration opening date.

If you already have an account, be sure to confirm your login and password in advance of registration opening. If you do not remember your password, click on "Forgot Password" to reset it using the e-mail associated with your account. Too many incorrect attempts at inputting your password will lock your account. Log into ACTIVE Net 

Camp Forms

Camp Overlook no longer requires paper forms to be submitted for our campers! When registering your camper for a session, you will instead be asked those questions during the sign-up process in NOVA Parks' online registration system (such as emergency contact info, special needs, authorized pickups, etc.) To help prepare and save time during registration, complete the questions in the fillable pdf in advance:

Camp Policies

The staff at Camp Overlook wants every child who participates in summer camp to have a safe and enjoyable experience! Below are the Policies and Rules of Conduct for Camp Overlook. Parents, please review this document with your child and read the information thoroughly. All Camp Overlook participants are expected to adhere to these rules and agree to them through their participation in our program. Refusal to follow Camp Overlook rules may result in dismissal from the program.

Refunds for Missed Camp Days

Refunds are not provided for missed camp days due to illness nor for changed work or vacation schedules.

Refunds for a Camp Session (Full Week)

• Refunds are not permitted within 59 days of the start of the camp session.
• Refund requests submitted at least 60 days prior to the start of the camp session will be considered only if the vacated spot can be filled by another camper. If the spot is filled, the registration fee will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee.
