Boat Rental
Explore the environmental wonders of the Pohick Bay area by renting one of the many boats available at Pohick Bay Regional Park. The park’s fleet consists of pedal boats, single kayaks, double kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddleboards. Pohick Bay Regional Park offers hourly and daily rentals for those interested in exploring Pohick Bay and the surrounding area. Rental boats are launched from the shore or dock.
Guests must be at least 16 years of age to rent boats & sign the waiver. To operate, a guest must be at least 16 years of age to operate a paddleboard, at least 12 years of age to operate a double kayak with an adult 21 years of age or older, and all guests 13-15 years of age must be accompanied on the water by an adult at least 21 years of age or older.
Please note: Pets are not permitted in rental boats.
To get you out on the water faster, please print and fill out the boat rental contract, prior to arriving at the park.
2024 HOURS OF OPERATION:
Last rental is 1.5 hours prior to posted closing time. Late fees will be applied to vessels returning after the posted return time.
