Where can I buy tickets?

Only one ticket is needed per vehicle. Do I have to turn off my headlights?

Visitors may turn off their headlights at their own discretion. Please know how to operate your lights before entering the show as there is no stopping your vehicle during the show. The road through the show is lined with lights on both sides and provides enough visibility should you choose to turn off your headlights.

Can I get out of my car?

Please do not get out of your car during the show! There are many cords, stakes, and wiring that hold up the displays that are not visible in the dark, and we do not want anyone to get injured. You may park and exit your car at the end of the show to enjoy the Holiday Village's walk-through lights and photo ops. Restrooms are also available at the end of the show.

Do you close when it snows/rains?

The show itself will typically remain open during rain or snow. If heavy rain causes flooding, or heavy snow makes it unsafe to drive, the show will close. All ticket holders will receive email notification in the event the light show is closed/cancelled. The best way to check the status during inclement weather is to visit the Bull Run Festival of Lights Facebook page or return to this website. For assistance rebooking tickets, please contact our Support Team.
