WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?
New this year for our 2020 season, you can purchase your tickets online via Eventbrite. (Only one ticket is needed per vehicle.) Purchasing your ticket online will give you the best available price, and allow you to reserve the specific day and time that you would like to attend. You can also add your 2020 Annual Ornament and Holiday Specs (see a picture in every point of light!) to your ticket purchase online.
DO I HAVE TO TURN OFF MY HEADLIGHTS?
You are welcome to turn off your headlights if you choose. The road through the show is lined with lights on both sides and provides enough visibility should you choose to turn off your headlights. However, we recognize that not all vehicle makes and models have the option to turn headlights completely off.
CAN I GET OUT OF MY CAR?
Please do not get out of your car during the show! There are many cords, stakes, and wiring that hold up the displays and are not visible in the dark, and we do not want anyone to get injured. You may park and exit your car at the end of the show to enjoy our walk through lights and photo ops. Restrooms are also available at the end of the show.
ARE YOU CLOSED BECAUSE IT IS RAINING/SNOWING?
The show itself will typically remain open during rain or snow. If heavy rain causes flooding, or heavy snow makes it unsafe to drive, we will close the show. The best way to check the status during inclement weather is to visit our Facebook page or call the park at 703.631.0550 and press 0 to speak with an attendant.
ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS?
Discounts are only available via promo code with online ticket sales. Promo codes can be found on our website and other advertising.
WHEN IS THE CARNIVAL and holiday village OPEN?
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we will not be able to have our Holiday Village activities and amenities for our 2020 show. Fire pits, merchandise sales, photos with Santa, the craft area and indoor food and drink sales are not taking place this year. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the carnival and camel rides will not operate this year.
