Registration Information
Registration Opening Date
Summer Camp registration will begin Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 10am.
Due to high demand each summer, families are encouraged to limit each camper to three to four sessions on opening day. This helps ensure that as many campers as possible get a Camp Overlook experience.
All registrations are processed and paid for online. Full payment of the registration fee is rendered in the online registration process. For questions regarding Camp Grow registration, please contact Park Specialist Emma Werthmann at ewerthmann@nvrpa.org.
Register Camper with ACTIVENet Account
You must create an ACTIVENet user account for your camper to register them. Camp Overlook sessions fill quickly due to high demand, so creating an account well in advance of the registration opening date is strongly recommended.
Already an ACTIVENet user?
If you already have an account, be sure to confirm login credentials in advance of registration opening. If you do not remember your password, click on "Forgot Password" to reset it using the e-mail associated with your account. Multiple unsuccessful login attempts may result in the account being locked. Log into ACTIVENet
Camp Forms
Paper forms are no longer required for campers! When registering campers for a session, required information will be collected through the NOVA Parks online registration system, including emergency contacts, special needs, authorized pickups, and related details.

All sessions of Camp Grow follow the same discovery themes and have similar activities that are modified for the age span of each camp level. NOVA Parks Policies and Rules of Conduct
Camp Policies
Staff at Camp Grow are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable summer camp experience for all participants. The policies and rules of conduct outlined below apply to all Camp Grow programs. Parents and guardians should review this information with campers prior to participation. All Camp Grow participants are expected to adhere to these policies and agree to them through participation in the program. Failure to comply with camp policies may result in dismissal from the program.
Refund Policy
Refunds for Missed Camp Days
Refunds are not provided for missed camp days due to illness nor for changed work or vacation schedules.
Refunds for a Camp Session (Full Week)
- Refunds are not permitted within 59 days of the start of the camp session.
- Refund requests submitted at least 60 days prior to the start of the camp session will be considered only if the vacated spot can be filled by another camper. If the spot is filled, the registration fee will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee.
