Bull Run Festival of Lights
Experience the magic of the holidays at Northern Virginia’s largest drive-through holiday light experience! A family favorite for three decades, the Bull Run Festival of Lights dazzles with a 2.5-mile display of holiday and fairytale vignettes. Enjoy time with family while staying warm and cozy as you slowly drive through the animated displays in Bull Run Regional Park (Centreville, VA). New displays are added every year. At the end of your drive, step into a world of wonder at the Holiday Village and Carnival where you can shop for unique treasures and meet friendly animals at the petting zoo.

Meadowlark’s Winter Walk of Lights
Perfect for a date night or family holiday outing, Meadowlark’s Winter Walk of Lights is an elegant garden trail decorated with thousands of sparkling lights. The half-mile walk through the enchanting Meadowlark Botanical Gardens (Vienna, VA) features lighted nature themes and animated displays along a paved wheelchair and stroller-accessible trail. Stay warm by sipping on a hot beverage (with or without spirits) and finish the evening with tasty s’mores by the fire pit. Pick up the 2026 limited-edition holiday ornament to remember your magical visit. Plus, treat your pup to their favorite walk of the year on specific dates!

Bright Nights
Enjoy a winter wonderland at Cameron Run Regional Park (Alexandria, VA). Bright Nights provides a fun, outdoor family experience to explore new, dazzling light displays, take family pictures or selfies with a variety of festive scenes, and enjoy a hot beverage and snack. New this year, enjoy lighted mini golf, a scavenger hunt and a giant maze!
