Fees:
A $25 photo fee is required for each two-hour portrait photography session. Professional photographers may purchase an annual pass for $200. Photography fees support park operations and maintenance and are non-refundable
Appointments:
All photography sessions require an appointment to avoid overlapping with other photographers. Please complete the Portrait Photography inquiry form below. Please call 571‑800‑8340 to confirm availability. We may reschedule appointments if they conflict with a special event, program, or rental.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If you cannot attend your scheduled session, please notify us as soon as possible. While photography permit fees are non-refundable, we are happy to reschedule your session for another available date and time.
Permit Registration:
Complete the Portrait Photography Inquiry Form below. You will be contacted if a conflict occurs with your requested time. This is a courtesy reservation and does not guarantee exclusive access to any specific location within the park. This reservation provides non-exclusive use of the park for a two-hour portrait photography session. This reservation permits one photography client per two-hour session; multiple clients may not be scheduled within the same session.
Park Etiquette:
Please be respectful of other park visitors—disruptive parties may be asked to leave. Remain on designated trails and walkways and do not obstruct views, roads, or paths. Access to the Scholastic Crew Docks is prohibited.
No alcohol, glitter, confetti, large props, umbrellas, light stands, or similar large equipment are permitted. Pets are welcome but must be kept on leash. The park operates from sunrise to sunset—guests must exit the gate prior to sunset. Please leave the park as you found it and dispose of trash properly.
How to Pay:
Payment may be made over the phone by calling 571‑800‑8340 or by visiting the Welcome Center in person during operating hours.
Your request is not confirmed until payment has been received and park staff has granted permission and confirmed the date and time.
