The Occoquan Reservoir at Sandy Run Regional Park provides rowers with some of the best racing conditions in the world. The race begins upriver from Sandy Run above Jacob's Rock. The 3-mile course follows a gently winding path past the launch site, finishing at the first set of overhead powerlines past the grandstand viewing area.

Can You Conquer Climb UPton?

Take on the largest ropes course in the Mid-Atlantic with 90 elements across three challenge levels. Climb UPton is open Wed. & Thurs., 4-8pm, Fri. 4-9pm and Sat. & Sun. 10am-9pm.
