The Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority (NOVA Parks) system owns some of the most important historic sites in the region! Chairman of NOVA Parks and Arlingtonian Mike Nardolilli will discuss the creation of NOVA Parks 60 years ago and the history that can be found in the three parks in Arlington (Potomac Overlook, Upton Hill, and the W&OD Trail) and elsewhere in the NOVA Parks system.
