Tournament rates are applicable Monday through Friday for groups of 24 or more golfers. Shotgun starts must tee off by 9am at the latest and require a minimum of 40 golfers. We can accommodate a maximum of 120 golfers for a tournament.
Additional Services
Beverage cart service
We run our beverage cart at no charge. For larger groups we run two beverage carts. The beverage carts carry beer, Gatorades, sodas, water and snacks.
You may choose the method of payment; golfers pay on their own or you may run a tab payable at the end of the tournament.
Kegs are available for purchase by your organization. Domestic kegs are $150 each. The price for premium kegs varies; if you are interested in a specific beer we will check with our distributors and provide a price quote for you.
Outside alcohol is not allowed. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Pohick Bay Golf Course.

There are four different packages to choose from, all of which include 18 holes riding, large bucket, private event area, swag bag and a warm lunch combo.
