Nature Camp Counselor - Potomac Overlook Regional Park

NATURE OF WORK
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our camp team. Nature Camp Counselors should demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and caring for the program and its participants. Nature Camp Counselors will be responsible for the daily supervision, daily activity planning and implementation, safety, and group management of campers. Nature Camp Counselors must be able to work within a team setting to accomplish program goals.  A summer naturalist/camp leader may also perform interpretive duties, work with and manage volunteers, and perform other related program work.  The Nature Camp Counselor will also assist with cleaning and maintenance of indoor camp areas and supplies.    Work is under the general supervision of the Head Counselor, Park Naturalist and Park Manager.
